RATES AND DEPOSITS

Rates are quoted in South African rand. Rates are subject to confirmation and availability and may change without prior notice. Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in. We require a 50% deposit on booking, the balance on arrival – cancelation policy applies. During peak periods a higher deposit may be required. One-day reservations to be paid in full. Full payment is required before or on arrival. Bookings made in less than 3 days before arrival must be paid in full. Deposits can be paid electronically (banking details available on invoice) or by credit card

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware of our cancellation policy before accepting accommodation at our establishment. Verbal and email bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or premature departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged – no refund is possible.
